Counselling is an intensely personal experience during which you may discuss your innermost thoughts, fears, beliefs and values.
At New Pathways Psychological Services we ensure counselling is individualised to each client’s needs and goals. Our psychologists use a range of established techniques to help people improve their mental health and wellbeing. These approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution focused counselling, family/systems therapy, narrative therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and skills training in assertiveness, relaxation and communication skills.
We see children from 5 years of age, youth, adults, and older adults.

We have extensive experience in providing treatment under WorkSafe Victoria (WorkCover), Comcare, TAC, and NDIS.
We offer face to face counselling in Albert Park and via telehealth (secure video or phone).
