Clinical Psychologist

Natalie is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing psychological services. She has worked with clients across the lifespan, providing inpatient and outpatient support, working in both public health and private practice. Natalie holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology with a focus in systemic therapies, and a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology with her thesis concentrating on interpersonal violence and trauma.
Natalie utilises a thorough assessment and diagnostic approach to presenting concerns, encompassing the referred client and their support system to collaboratively plan for helpful and targeted treatment. She approaches the therapeutic process with curiosity, attentiveness, and empathy, providing a non-judgmental space. She offers psychological therapy, psychoeducation, structure, and practical strategies to enhance overall functioning.
Natalie supports clients presenting with a range of concerns across the lifespan, including children from 5 years of age, youth, adults, and older adults. She supports:
- Depression
- Anxiety and Panic
- Adjustment difficulties, including major life transitions
- Grief and loss
- Sleep difficulties
- Family stressors, including parental separation
- Trauma, including PTSD and cPTSD
- School difficulties
- Parental support
- Family or relationship difficulties
Utilising a systems-based approach, Natalie considers each individual within the context of their current life situation. She integrates various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), family/systems therapy, narrative therapy, trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, problem-solving, and stress management strategies.
Natalie is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and accepts Medicare, TAC and private clients.
